What’s the best book you’ve read recently?

The solid relationships you build and the passion we share for the work we do.
What is something the community may be surprised to learn about you?
I am very comfortable with silence.
What’s the toughest part of being in charge?
Matching vision with vulnerability — being both the anchor and the force at all times.
What are your nonnegotiables when it comes to work-life balance?
My family time and my time with my tribe. That’s how I recharge and unwind. I also enjoy creative outlets — painting, pottery and writing are great ways for me to reset.

What is one industry trend you’re closely tracking and why?
The next wave of personalization — going beyond data to merge culture, AI, context and identity to meet precise expectations.
What is one thing you look for when interviewing a job candidate?
Self-awareness. If you know who you are, you can do almost anything.
What’s something you’ve learned about yourself in the past year?
I am fueled by high-stakes moments, and I get energy from taking on challenges that make most people flinch.
What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
Learn the power of meditation.
What values are most important to you as a leader?
Integrity, inclusion and intellect. I love to see my team when they feel fierce and confident.
What’s the most important thing people should know about you?
That I don’t take myself too seriously, but I take the work very seriously. I lead with quiet confidence and excellence — the kind that might look effortless but is built on intention, discipline and heart. I believe you can laugh hard, move fast and still raise the bar every single time.
What’s a tip you have for productively leading a hybrid team?
Build your emotional intelligence and stay versatile at all costs. Meeting people where they are helps your team feel seen and valued. Clear communication and adapting to individual needs unlock everyone’s potential — whether it calls for coaching, collaboration or autonomy.
Where is your favorite place you’ve traveled to? Why?
Biarritz, France. I went with friends, we stayed in a castle, and it was unexpectedly quaint and pleasant. The people were lovely and inviting — it was incredible.
What do you do to recharge?
I recently moved to Los Angeles, and the beach remains my happy place. Sometimes I get in the water, but often I simply sit — it calms me down.
What is your biggest accomplishment?
Building a life that’s full — not just busy. I’ve created success on my own terms, lead with intention and keep my joy intact. My family keeps me grounded, my work keeps me growing and my sense of humor keeps everything from getting too heavy. That balance is important to me.
What advice would you give to the next generation of female leaders?
Own your narrative. Don’t let someone else write it for you.
What gets you up in the morning?
We theoretically have one life. I want to live my best one.
