What We're Reading: Industry Leaders Share Book Recommendations

Whether you read before bed, on airplanes, or hypothetically at the beach this summer, you want to make sure you're spending time within worthwhile pages. Of course, there are a lot of fantastic reads out there. • "Think Again" by Adam Grant. It's all about reframing our minds. Especially as leaders, I think it's important that we recognize that we don't know the answers to everything, and if we think about things as scientists and career learners it can open our minds to different ways of thinking, diverse thinking, and challenge our current thought process." — Samantha Unell, Manager of Sales, Southwest Airlines
